Eat a healthy meal 4 hours before your tattoo. Eating helps keep the body strong during your session.
Unless prescribed, try to refrain from blood thinners. Some medications tend to thin the blood which makes the tattooing process more difficult. Ibuprofen and pain killers can sometimes help with pain and swelling after a tattoo but aren’t recommended during the tattoo process. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs.
